When will I get my order?
Upon receipt of payment, we will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Our shop opening hours is from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Off-hour orders are processed the next working day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Is pick-up available?
Yes! Upon check out, kindly choose the "Pick-Up" option. We are open from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday. Off-hour orders are processed the next working day.
Do you have a physical shop or a showroom?
Currently, we only operate online. All our items are listed on the website. For any question or concerns, feel free to reach out on any social media platform or Viber (0966 382 1752).
Can I walk in to your warehouse to purchase directly?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, please note that orders require 30–60 minutes to process. To avoid long waits, we recommend placing your order in advance and waiting for our confirmation before heading to our warehouse. Please note that while your order is being processed, customers are required to wait outside or in their vehicles.
